Overview:

In this UI design case study, we will explore the process of redesigning a credit card checkout experience for an e-commerce platform. The primary goal of this redesign is to create a seamless and user-friendly checkout process that reduces friction, increases conversions, and enhances overall user satisfaction.

Problem Statement:

Users often encounter issues with inputting their credit card information, leading to incomplete transactions and lost sales. The challenge is to design a new credit card checkout interface that addresses these pain points and encourages a smooth and secure payment experience.

Role: UI Designer

I created a cleaner and more organized payment method form with distinct sections for existing card payment methods, shipping methods, and a straightforward way to add new card information if needed. Each section is labeled clearly and includes visual cues to help users understand where to input each piece of information.
